This is a lovely dog walk from the carpark at Shipley Bridge on Dartmoor to Avon Dam. The first part follows alongside the river which my dogs love to have a dip in. Then the walk opens out to hills as you work your way up to the dam. The walk is pathed the whole way so is suitable for pushchairs and wheelchairs.
